If you choose to cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before the service, you're not subject to any cancellation fees. This can be done through your portal, phone, or email. Please include a brief explanation for the cancellation when using these methods. Rescheduling your booking at no extra cost is a great option for avoiding cancellation fees.
